Hervey Bay isn't the only area we service, we also travel to all surrounding areas of Hervey Bay at no charge, that's right NO call out fee.
When you call
Chrome Computers we will assist you over the phone if at all possible but should you need someone to visit your premises in person we can arrange a time to come out that suits you, also if you have used our services before and you are a returning customer you may be entitled to a 10% reduction on your next service.
No matter what your computer problem is give us a call and we will help you get the very best result that has the most benefit to you, sometimes we can use a remote login to help you and don't even need to go to your home. We look forward to helping any way we can and also looking to working with you to solve your problems without all the fuss.
We can also offer a loan computer to get you by if you need one as we realise the necessity to keep working Chrome Computers will transfer any necessary and important files so you can continue doing your work or whatever you need to do until we have repaired your machine and returned it to you. After it has been repaired and returned we will then transfer your updated files from the loan PC back onto your own computer so you are completely up to date with no loss of data.
Should you need your laptop or notebook screen replaced we can also repair them for you, if you have a tablet with faults or broken screen let us know and we can cost a replacement screen or repair for you. Chrome Computers can upgrade any of your old desktops or increase ram on your notebook to make them faster or to keep up with today's demands, if you are just not sure or if you simply have a question to ask...just call us we would be happy to hear from you.
